Expansion’s program lowers the total delivered cost of supplies and services by leveraging the purchasing power of the nation’s largest health systems. Expansion’s group purchasing participants access savings between 10-20% on contracted supplies. As your advocate, Expansion monitors vendor performance and customer acquisition trends, facilitates standardization and combines non-standard requests for volume discounts.

Tiffany Sikes

Tiffany Sikes brings over twenty years of diverse executive management experience in the non-profit and private sectors. She has advised clients in the government, private and non-profit sectors on strategic, financial, technology and leadership projects; founded and successfully sold a women’s apparel company; and served as the CEO of two privately held companies.
Tiffany’s non-profit and association related work benefit from her work at AARP where she served as a Senior Financial Analyst for the Business Planning Group focused on cash-flow projections and financial modeling for strategic initiatives and new business. In addition, while serving as CEO for Leverage Consulting, Tiffany managed Leverage engagement’s with Pfizer Philanthropy and several non-profit and association clients.
Zachary Sikes

Zachary Sikes has over twenty years experience as a public sector, non-profit and private sector executive. He has served on leadership teams for publicly traded and non-profit organizations; founded new start-ups; taken responsibility for struggling operations; provided independent due diligence and assessments; served on boards; and owned and operated two businesses.
Zachary’s non-profit and association related work benefit from his work at Leading Age where he grew sponsorship and development revenues by 158%, achieving a 4 year strategic plan within the first year. He created the industry’s largest supply chain management program and grew purchasing by 350%. He currently serves as a board member for the Aging Services Group, which develops products and services that benefit Aging Services of Minnesota members. Aging Services of Minnesota is the state’s largest association of organizations servicing Minnesota seniors.
